What type of substraight should i use?

i am getting a leopard gecko, i’ve heard that there’s loads of different types of substraight available, including newspaper.
which substraights are suitable for a leopard gecko, and when i clean the tank out how much of it should i remove.

use paper towels, never sand or any of that other crap.
Paper towels make the cage easy to clean and your reptile with have amazing health,
